Project Coordinator (Up to $24/hour)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support our customer temporarily during their peak season. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, technicians, and vendors, ensuring that Time & Materials (T&M) projects and service requests are delivered efficiently and exceed expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, accountability, and relationship management.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Ensure Time & Materials (T&M) and project-related requests are completed on time, with a focus on exceeding client expectations
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a clear, professional, and timely manner; proactively communicate updates or issues
  • Coordinate with vendor technicians and suppliers to place orders and obtain status updates
  • Manage and store deliverables in SharePoint and BOX
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on project status and activities
  • Oversee timely billing processes and ensure accuracy
  • Navigate systems including NetSuite, AIM, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes for onsite technicians and assist with scope-of-work questions
  • Identify and manage scope changes and escalate potential issues
  • Act as a liaison between technicians and clients to ensure clear communication
  • Document dispatch details and tasks performed in company systems
  • Coordinate all aspects of T&M work plans, including surveys, installations, service calls, and follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate vendor invoicing and monitor procurement of materials

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years experience in previous administrative and customer support roles (telecommunications industry highly preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, instant messaging, and internet tools)
  • Flexibility to work variable daytime shifts and occasional on-call schedules
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, technicians, and team members
  • Creative problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pay: $20 to $24/hour, based on experience

Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (hybrid)

Contract duration: Four to Six months

Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
